Ramon Villaverde-Barrio has over 35 years experience in the consulting civil engineering field, serving as a construction representative, design project engineer, project manager levels and now owner of Villaverde Inc. Specifically, Mr. Villaverde has extensive experience in the site development field, roadway design, master drainage studies and traffic and transportation field (TXDOT). Mr. Villaverde has been involved in the planning, design and construction phases of some of the largest residential and industrial subdivisions in the El Paso area.
